What makes our classes unique is that no matter how old you are you can achieve a high level of Kungfu to either star in action movies, compete internationally, live a healthy lifestyle, feel energised and belong in a like-minded community.
You are never too young or too old to start training! In our club everyone is welcome!
Most of the Superheroes you or your kids love are practicing Kungfu, This is a great way to stay fit, learn self-defence and train like a superhero. When you are ready and have build a good foundation you get to learn how to use weaponry from long short or flexible weapons like swords, staff, nunchucks or whip and many more.
Fighting choreography can help actors and dancers as well as martial artists of other styles with coordination and body awareness and help with memory, strength, and flexibility.
Our style is authentic Shaolin Kung-Fu as its taught at Shaolin temple, Our school of Shaolin Kung-Fu is officially affiliated with the Shaolin Temple in China and the Shaolin Traditional Culture Centre, School of Grand Master Shi De Yang.
All training sessions are personally taught by Shifu Shi Yan Gui, 34th Generation Disciple of Shaolin Temple China, one of the UK’s most prominent and exciting Shaolin Kung-Fu and Kickboxing instructors. For nearly three decades he has both trained under and taught alongside many of the world’s finest instructors in both traditional and modern Chinese martial arts.
At the Shaolin Temple Culture Centre our primary aim is to uphold the highest standards of Chinese Shaolin Martial Arts training.
Our Training consists of full body conditioning, realistic self-defence techniques, San-Shou (Chinese full contact sparring), traditional routines (empty hand and weapons), Tai-Chi and Qi-Gong (breathing and meditation).
